I began my career as a freelance content and creative writer for multiple B2B clients, turning their product features into benefits and value for their prospects and customers. From articles to profiles and advertising copy to eBooks, I tapped into different channels to reach audiences on their terms.
From content writing to content marketing and then to complete marketing, I was soon building and leading global marketing functions and teams for start-ups.
What does a typical day look like for me? A little bit of everything, with a heavy dollop of curiosity.
My function areas range from comprehensive marketing to content strategy and product marketing to paid advertising. My goal remains to bring products to market for businesses in a way that resonates with their audience.
I enjoy strategizing as much as I like implementing plans. Whether launching a new product, taking a product to a new market, streamlining an organization's marketing efforts to be more strategic and customer-centric, setting up a scaling start-up’s entire marketing function and team, or developing a series of articles and videos to drive awareness and adoption, I love exploring new projects and challenges!
